What data we process

Only what you give us through the contact form or by email: name, email, phone (optional), type and approximate date of the event, number of guests, venue and the message you write. Please don't send us sensitive data (health, religion, etc.) that isn't needed for your enquiry.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal for your event. We don't use it to send you advertising and we don't make automated decisions with it.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking about your event. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than one year after our last contact. If you hire us, we keep it for as long as legal and tax obligations require.

Who we share it with

We don't pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. To run the website and email we use these providers, who process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, and doesn't load content from third-party services while you browse: fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by emailing jara.enflor.eventos@gmail.com. If you feel we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
