We help you through the final months or with the suppliers you still need.
We're with you from the very first day to the final toast.
Many venues have their own coordinator or banquet manager. They're a great ally, but they aren't an event coordinator: their job is to look after the venue. Ours is to look after you and your celebration.

Your event coordinator
We work only for you.
Does the venue offer full planning?Even so, you can book us just to coordinate the day of your celebration, and we'll make sure every detail turns out just as you imagined. Tell us about your event
It depends on the type of service, the number of guests and the venue. As a guide, on the Costa del Sol on-the-day coordination usually costs between €1,000 and €3,000, and full planning tends to start at around €4,000–5,000, depending on the size of the event. After our first chat we'll send you a fixed, no-obligation quote.
For full planning, ideally 12 to 18 months ahead, especially if you'd like a date between May and October or a much sought-after venue. For partial planning, 6 to 9 months. For on-the-day coordination, at least 2 or 3 months before, so we can get to know your plan well. If your date is sooner, do still get in touch.
Yes, that's exactly what partial planning is for. We review what you've already arranged, find the suppliers you still need and coordinate everyone right up to the day.
No. We suggest trusted suppliers who suit your style and budget, but the choice is always yours. We also coordinate any suppliers you've already booked.
A few weeks before, we meet you, review the whole plan and speak to every supplier. We prepare a minute-by-minute timeline and, on the day, we oversee the set-up and run the celebration until the very end, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
The whole of the Costa del Sol and the province of Málaga: Málaga city, Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda and the surrounding areas. If your celebration is elsewhere in Andalusia, just ask.
Yes, and we work in English. For a civil wedding to be legal in Spain, at least one of you must be Spanish or live in Spain. A Catholic wedding is possible for non-residents, but the paperwork takes around 6 months. Most couples from abroad marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here, which we organise from start to finish.
Yes, with the same care as a wedding. First Communions are concentrated between April and June, so it's worth booking the venue 6 to 12 months ahead.
Fill in the form and we'll reply by email to arrange a first chat. The more details you share, the more tailored our proposal will be.
